Shipping, Returns & Privacy
All orders have a processing time of 12 - 48 hours regardless of the shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Saturday - Thursday).
Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day.

Processing Cut-off Time:
Dhaka Metro (24 Hours) – The order will be delivered within 24 Hours of the confirmation call. (24 hours counted from our confirmation call)
Out of Dhaka (2 Business Days) – All orders placed will start processing on the next business day.
Customers are advised to check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. Any claims after the delivery person leaves will not be accepted.
Cancelling and Altering Orders:
Orders may be edited up to 10 minutes after being placed. Please inform us within 10 minutes to make any changes. After that time, the order will be considered correct and final.
All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at email@example.com or call us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and reason for the return. Please note that we may request for you to send us photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you with troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.
If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any return, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. We do not provide Refunds of any sort.
Items once opened will not be eligible for return unless they have any manufacturing defect or functional problems.
For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable items that have been opened or used. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, and batteries.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items.
Promotional items are considered final sales. Promotional items are not eligible for return unless found defective.

We may collect personal information from you when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or interact with our website in any way. This information may include your name, contact details, email address, and age verification documentation, such as National ID (NID) or other government-issued identification.
