SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders have a processing time of 12 - 48 hours regardless of the shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Saturday - Thursday).

Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day.

 

Shipping Rates:

Dhaka Metro (24 Hours) – Tk100

Out of Dhaka (2 Business Days) – Tk150

 

*Out of Dhaka – Order amount must be paid in FULL before delivery.*

 

Processing Cut-off Time:

Dhaka Metro (24 Hours) – The order will be delivered within 24 Hours of the confirmation call. (24 hours counted from our confirmation call)

Out of Dhaka (2 Business Days) – All orders placed will start processing on the next business day.

 

Order Discrepancies:

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must inform us within 6 hours of the delivery of the package. Once your claim has been received, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue.

 

Cancelling and Altering Orders:

Orders may be edited up to 10 minutes after being placed. Please inform us within 10 minutes to make any changes. After that time, the order will be considered correct and final.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at inquiry@thevapecafe.com.bd or call us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and reason for the return. Please note that we may request for you to send us photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you with troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

 

If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any return, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. We do not provide Refunds of any sort.

Items once opened will not be eligible for return unless they have any manufacturing defect or functional problems.

For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable items that have been opened or used. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, and batteries.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items.

Promotional items are considered final sales. Promotional items are not eligible for return unless found defective.
